A person's bedroom door can tell you a lot about them.

This is my bedroom door. It has been for about a year now. It was decorated in October of 2024 when I decided I was tired of the plain blandness of my bedroom and wanted to personalize my space as much as I possibly could.

For starting off, I think the biohazard tape was a pretty fucking badass way to kick off the personalization. 

A lot of people thought it was just Halloween decor, but a whole year later, it's still up and kicking! I do plan on redoing the door design when I move, though. 

The initial goal was to decorate my bedroom door every so often in a way similar to how teachers decorate their classroom doors. Of course, my current door design doesn't exactly follow that, but when I move, I do hope I actually get to doing that. It'd be really fun and creative! A nice way to express myself and show a glimpse of my personality before people enter my space.

I'm a very reserved person, so entering my space is pretty restricted & only few are allowed to do. And unfortunately and fortunately, I do live with relatives, so it is a little difficult to keep my space un-invaded, especially when they LOVE inviting people over. LUCKILY they've gotten better at respecting my space a little bit more (It still needs works, let's be real... But I'll take what I can get), but it's nice to know if they bring anyone to tour the house, people won't really have to peek inside to get a glimpse of what vibe my space has. I guess it sorta makes up for not showing my room? (shrug)

ANYWAY I had a lot of bedroom door inspo last year from looking at so many ideas. I drafted up a lot of designs, so I'll be prepared to personalize my door WAY MORE when I move. Hopefully you guys are as excited about it as I am lol.
